Elakala Falls is a beautiful series of four waterfalls in Blackwater Falls State Park. The water has a red tint from hemlock and red spruce needles and flows over rocky steps. The Elakala Trail, starting near Blackwater Falls Lodge, takes you to the falls. Along the way, you'll walk over a wooden bridge right above the first waterfall.
