"Parker Pens," 2016 Ohio River Festival of Books

The Ohio River Festival of Books is a biennial event celebrating regional literature. At this event, author Eliot Parker will present “Parker Pens.” Parker is the author of three novels: Breakdown at Clear River, Making Arrangements, and Fragile Brilliance.
