The 2014-2015 Amicus Curiae Lecture Series begins Thursday, September 11, at 7 p.m. at the Marshall University Foundation Hall. Laura Donohue, Professor of Law and Director of the Center on National Security and the Law at Georgetown University Law Center, presents, “The Future of Privacy, Uncertain.” She will discuss the post 9-11 legislation that supports the NSA’s surveillance and intelligence-gathering practices.
