If something crashes your computer when you visit the site, or if something doesn’t work that’s supposed to, we need a bit of information from you that helps us solve the problem.

The first thing we need is a good description of what went wrong. Tell us what you were doing, what you were trying to do, when things failed. Tell us what page you were on; for instance, the title of the article, or even better, the URL. (that’s that line in the top of your browser that starts with http:// ) If a picture or video didn’t show, tell us which one it was.

The second thing we need to know is what you’re using to view e-WV. We’d like for you to tell us:

What computer (Windows, Mac, Linux, or something else).

What operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS X, Ubuntu, Debian, others) and the version number.

What browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome, others) and which version (usually found by click “About” the browser).
