I remember visiting Blue Sulpher Springs in the 1950s with my parents on two occasions. As a teenager I explored the grounds. There were multiple buildings still standing including the original hotel. I do not remember actually entering any of the buildings but the hotel was easily accessible.

Clearly, the buildings were not burned during the Civil War. Hopefully, there are others still alive who remember those buildings.
