Dr. Smith will present his lecture on “Gerrymandering in America, the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court, and the Future of Popular Sovereignty,” as part of the Simon Perry Center’s Amicus Curiae Lecture Series on Constitutional Democracy at Marshall University. The lecture is free and open to the public. From I-64, take Exit 11 (Hal Greer Blvd); take Hal Greer Blvd. to 5th Ave. Turn right onto 5th Ave., stay in right lane; facility parking lot is on right. Handicap accessible. This project is funded in part by a West Virginia Humanities Council grant.
