Thank you for support to our local artists. I just moved back to WV and noticed there are no murals on the outside of buildings like you will find in other cities like Phoenix, Las Vegas, New York City, and so many more. I know we have a lot of wonderful artists here, is there a reason the communities do not support having murals on the buildings? It just adds so much more to the entire communities that have wonderful wall murals for everyone to see and enjoy. Thanks for your thoughts. Have a beautiful day, Debi

A number of communities have mural projects completed or in the works. You can find several murals in the downtown, West Side and East End areas of Charleston. There are also murals in Huntington, Fayetteville, Mount Hope, Huntington, Welch, Princeton and Wheeling, and there may be more. If you want a mural in your town, the project begins with citizens asking their town leaders.
