The Ohio River Festival of Books begins September 15 with daily lectures at different Cabell County Public Library branches. The main event, a book festival, takes place Saturday, September 20 at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena, and wraps up Saturday evening at the Huntington Museum of Art with a lecture by Christel Schmidt.
